Northwest Harvest seeks non-perishable food that is high in nutritional value and low in sugar and saturated fats: oatmeal, whole-grain pastas, canned fruit, canned tuna, stew and chili, shelf-stable milk, infant cereal, jars of baby food, baby formula.

Started over 40 years ago in Seattle, Northwest Harvest has grown into a statewide hunger relief agency. They rely solely on contributions from the community to supply much-needed food to more than 300 food banks, meal programs, and elementary schools.
